Is it normal to hate the changes that it happening to your body during pregnancy?

- Pamper yourself. Go to the spa for a facial or massage.
- Go shopping for beautiful and comfortable maternity clothes and shoes.
- Take beautiful photos of yourself during pregnancy.
- Surround yourself with positive and loving people. Avoid negative people.
- Don’t be too hard on yourself especially when you receive unwanted comments by others regarding your weight or skin changes.
- Remember that the changes are temporary, you could always loose that weight after delivery!
- Confide in your close friend or doctor if you find it difficult in coping with your body image during pregnancy.
