From the Editor : Celebrating Every Woman
Hey Everyone!
… or rather, hey moms, daughters, sisters, etc. We are not disrespecting, nor are we discriminating, but in light of the recently celebrated International Women’s Day, we would like to focus our discussion on everything women. Yes, you heard us right, this edition of the Pitter Patter Newsletter is dedicated to all of you ladies out there!
In this issue, we will look at some great tips on how you can stay or become fit during pregnancy. Contrary to popular belief, pregnancy is not a free pass for you to eat whatever you want and let yourself go, instead, this is the time to get healthy. Besides, having the stamina to be able to run around after the little one when he or she gets here certainly doesn’t hurt either.
If you haven’t gotten to the pregnancy stage yet and are instead looking to conceive, we have a great article on the nutrients that you can pump your body with in order to get pregnant. And likewise, we shall also increase your understanding on medical conditions that could affect your likelihood of conceiving; namely the polycystic ovarian syndrome and whether it can be cured.
Finally, we share with you some great tips on what to prepare, what to pack and how to ensure that you are absolutely ready for your BIG day : The delivery.
We hope you enjoy this edition especially dedicated to you ladies. And if you are looking for more great articles and content, do check out our Facebook page or website. Or if you have any questions do drop us a line at [email protected].
In the words of Magaret Thatcher “If you want something said, ask a man. If you want something done, ask a woman”. So all you doers, movers and shakers out there, give yourselves a deserving pat on the back and lets go out and celebrate this month with grace and style!
Love
Your Pitter Patter Editor (who is also a woman :))
