Hey Moms and Dads,

Hope you are keeping yourselves healthy and hydrated during this crazy dry spell. For our Muslim readers, it is still not too late for us to wish you a happy and blessed Ramadan. We hope you have had a good one in spite of the challenging climate of late.

 

So we have come to an edition we feel that you may enjoy, our Happy Pregnancy edition. In this issue, we will be covering something that some of our Muslim pregnant moms could be worried about; fasting during pregnancy. Is it possible? Is it dangerous? What are the alternatives? Well read on to find out. This can help most pregnant mothers to prevent the onset of hypertension and how to manage it should they be afflicted by it.
