What is happening to my baby?

What is happening to me?
The top of your uterus is now about 5 inches above your belly button. You may notice a yellowish substance coming out of your nipples. This is called colostrum or pre-milk. It is the type of milk is produced by the breast in the first few days after delivery. It is much thicker.
